Yes I have been a terrible blogger lately but I lost my camera cord. Now I can update everything straight from my iPad- I mean who really needs a computer anymore??!!

So here is what we have been missing.

I said goodbye to one of my best friends, Rick, to the peace corps. He will be in Africa for two years and I am so proud if him for following his dreams. Miss you so much, Ricky!!!

We also got some great photos from John and Kristen's wedding at Long View Gallery here in DC. Check out their unique flowers and home made brew!

Finally, check out fourth of July. It was over 110 heat index in our Nation's Capital that day- we went to the Nat's game and that is about all we could handle. It was a blast though and we got hang our with the awesome Rachel and Chris. Thanks for the invite!!

Raleigh, north cakalakie

Danny and I headed down to Raleigh to see our friends, Bama and Travis. They are getting married in december- so we checked out their venues and I put in my two cents to how they can set up. That have a very rustic feeling location for both their ceremony and reception, which will be amazing! I look forward to seeing the final product!

In between wedding planning- we beat the heat hanging out at their friend's pool and eating local treats! We had a hot dog from the famous Roast Grill- which was so yummy! We tried beers at at Tasty's and had dinner at a famous chicken and waffle place. Double yum!

It was pretty dang hot all weekend- so my energy level was really low as the day wore on!

We had a great time at their new house and got to catch up on all of their wedding plans!
